Take for example, a client Mr V (vendor) wants to sell his house. You have 3 buyers – A, B & C.
A – Cash Buyer
B – 90% Loan Buyer
C – Foreigner
When everyone goes to a legal firm, the firm will have to tell them:
“Please make your offers to the seller, with the price RMXXX,XXX as asking price!” Please make payment now, 100%!
The cash buyer will get the deal. WHY? Because he has all the money that the Seller – Mr V wants. Well, bravo!
Case close – BUT, is this how it normally happens nowadays?
